Efficient and highly controlled fabrication of Vessels in Stainless
Steel and other materials.
Our modern, easily accessible workshops, totalling over 900m2
in area and equipped with four overhead gantries, can handle vessels
for most applications. Although much of our work is in Stainless
Steel to meet stringent hygiene standards of the Food and Pharmaceutical
industries, we also carry out Mechanical Services with materials
such as Carbon Steel, Copper and Exotic Alloys such as Hastelloy.
Where Vessels are too large or complex to be economically constructed
entirely off site, we may complete the fabrication process on-site.
Vessels are designed and constructed to British standards BS5500,
BS2654 and also ASME VIII, with all documentation to sent CE marking
(pressure Equipment Directive).
