To enable the company to fulfil these requirements, it is organised so that the human, technical and administrative aspect of the business are under continuous surveillance and improvement by the application of a total quality philosophy within the framework of a documented Quality Management System which meets the requirements of BS EN ISO 9001:2000.

The ultimate authority and responsibility for ensuring the corporate policy is understood, implicated and maintained is with the WT Parker Group Ltd Board but divisional directors, managers, departmental heads, supervisors and all employees have a continuing responsibility for ensuring customer satisfaction in a cost-effective manner.
